The result of the certification exam was declared on February 3; candidates who have failed to qualify in the exam can apply for re-check
The Bar Council of India (BCI) has opened the window for re-checking the AIBE 2021 answer sheet from February 4-14. The re-check option is open only for candidates who have received their results status as “Fail.” To apply for re-check, the candidate has to pay a Rs. 200. The AIBE 2021 rechecking results would be announced within 7 working days after the receipt of the recheck application.

The AIBE 2021 was conducted in pen-and-paper mode on October 31, 2021. Qualifying in the AIBE exam is mandatory for practicing in a court of law. Qualified candidates are issued the Certificate of Practice (CoP).
How to apply for recheck of AIBE 2021 answer sheets
- The answer sheet recheck option is open to candidates who have received their AIBE 2021 results as “Fail”
- To go to the recheck page, click on the above link
- A log-in window will open
- Enter your AIBE 2021 roll number and enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number
- On log-in you can access the AIBE 2021 recheck form
- Fill the form
- Pay the application fee of Rs. 200
- Submit the form.
Rechecking of the AIBE 2021 answer sheet by the candidate
There is also an option to recheck the answer sheet by the candidates themselves. The candidate has to follow the following steps:
- Book a time slot
- Visit the Bar Council of India premises as per the allotted schedule
Note that candidates would not be given the Xerox of the answer sheet and answer key.
Declaration of AIBE 2021 rechecking results
The results of AIBE 2021 after recheck will be declared within 7 working from the receipt of the recheck request. The candidate can log-in to the result portal to check the results after receiving the recheck notification. The AIBE 2021 was declared on February 3, 2022.
