The Bar Council of India (BCI) released the provisional answer key for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 19 on December 28, 2024. Candidates were given the opportunity to raise objections until January 10, 2025. 

As of now, BCI has not announced the exact release date for the final answer key. Typically, after reviewing the objections, BCI publishes the final answer key, followed by the examination results. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official AIBE website for updates. 

The final answer key will provide the definitive solutions to the examination questions, and the results will be based on this key. Therefore, it's crucial for candidates to stay informed through official channels to know when the final answer key and results are released. 

AIBE 19 Provisional Answer Key 2024 OUT. The Bar Council of India releases the AIBE Answer Key in two phases. Firstly, it will  release the AIBE 19 Provisional Answer Key 2024. Candidates who appeared for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) can download AIBE 19 (XIX) Provisional Answer Key 2024.

The provisional answer key of AIBE will aary the answers of the question paper released by Bar Council of India (BCI). Candidates can then raise objections if any on AIBE Provisional Answer Key on or before the last date. After receiving objections, the council will then release the final answer key. On the basis of AIBE 19 Final Answer Key 2024, the AIBE 19 Result 2024 will be announced. 

Candidates can follow the simple steps given below to raise objections in AIBE 19 Answer Key 2024:

1. Click on the Objection filing link given above
2. You will be redirected to an "AIBE Objection' form
3. Complete the following actions:
   • Select your Paper Code (A, B, C, or D)
   • Select the Question Number
   • The official answer will be automatically populated
   • Fill in your answer
   • Put in remarks, if any
   • Finally, attach a file with proof for your answer
4. Submit the AIBE XIX objection form

AIBE 19 (XIX) 2024 Answer Key has published.  Candidates who have appeared for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) can download AIBE 19 Answer Key PDF from here.  The answer key of AIBE will carry answers of the question paper released by Bar Council of India (BCI). The council will first release AIBE 19 Provisional Answer Key an then the AIBE 18 Final answer key 2024. On the basis of the final answer key, the Council will release the AIBE 19 (XIX) Result 2024. 

Candidates must note that in AIBE, one mark is allotted for every correct answer. There is no negative marking for questions marked incorrect or left unanswered. 

According to AIBE 19 syllabus, there are 19 topics (law) from which questions will be framed in the certification exam. Note that the weightage carried by these topics is unequal. For example, Constitutional Law will contribute 10 questions (or 10% weightage) whereas topics like Intellectual Property Law will only contribute only 2 questions. This means the candidate mustn't spend disproportionate time preparing for topics with little weightage but use their preparation time judiciously.
