The Council of Architecture (CoA) has announced the revised eligibility criteria for NATA 2024. The amendment/relaxation in NATA 2024 eligibility criteria has been introduced through an official notification for admission into the 1st year of the 5-year BArch degree programme offered by various institutes. All students are advised to check the revised eligibility criteria for NATA 2024 before applying for admissions.
NATA 2024 Eligibility Criteria (Revised)
As per the revised eligibility criteria for NATA 2024, candidates should have passed the 10+2th standard (or equivalent) examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with either Chemistry or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies. The candidates should have secured at least 45% marks in aggregate or passed the 10+3 Diploma examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject with at least 45% marks in aggregate.
The institutes will give weightage of 50% marks for the aptitude tests and 50% marks in the qualifying examination for admission into the BArch courses.
NATA 2024 is being held every weekend by the authorities of CoA. The final date for the NATA 2024 exam has not been announced yet. Candidates can register for NATA 2024 online at nata.in. A maximum of three attempts for NATA 2024 are allowed for each candidate. Out of the attempted sessions, the best score will be considered for admissions based on NATA 2024. No common counselling will be held for NATA 2024 qualified candidates. For admission, the candidates will have to individually apply to their preferred institute.

Candidates can follow the given steps for NATA 2024 registration.
- Registration - Candidates will have to register by providing the basic details. The application number and password will be generated after the registration process is completed.
- Filling out the application form - After registration, the candidates will have to log in and fill out their personal, academic and contact details.
- Uploading documents - Next, the candidates will have to upload their important scanned documents as per the official specifications.
- Fee payment - The required application fee has to be paid online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card.
