NTA Releases Revised DU JAT 2020 Answer Keys; Challenge Submission Extended Till September 30

The DU JAT 2020 answer keys, which were released by NTA on September 25 were revoked on account of some wrong answers. The revised answer keys have been released on September 27 and the last date of challenge submission has been extended to September 30.

DU JAT 2020 Revised Answer Keys Released

NTA has released revised answer keys of DU JAT 2020 on September 27. Originally, the DU JAT 2020 answer keys were released on September 25. However, NTA noted that some of the interim answer keys were incorrect and removed those before releasing the revised keys. In an official notice, NTA stated, “Some representations were received regarding incorrect interim keys. In view of this, the matter was looked into and revised keys were uploaded on the Key Challenge tracker. It is requested that all applicants may look at the revised interim keys and make their challenges, if any accordingly.”

The challenge submission deadline has also been extended from September 28 to September 30. While candidates can submit the challenges till 5 pm, a fee of Rs 200 per answer key can be submitted till 11.50 pm. NTA had suspended the process of downloading DU JAT answer keys and submitting challenges on the night of September 26.

How to Challenge DU JAT 2020 Answer Key

  • Visit the official website of NTA

  • Click on the link indicating DUET 2020 Question Paper and Answer Keys

  • Enter Form Number and date of birth in YYYY/MM/DD format

  • Click on the Login tab

  • Select subject from the drop-down menu

  • Download response sheet and interim answer keys for your concerned subject

  • Click on ‘Add challenge’ available on the welcome window

  • Key challenge form will be displayed after clicking on the ‘Add Challenge’ option

  • The subject and question IDs are available in the drop-down menu for key challenges form

  • Candidates who wish to challenge the question or any option need to select the question Id from the drop-down menu and also select the appropriate nature of the challenge

  • Candidate can write remarks (150 characters) and upload supporting documents (file should be less than 30kb in JPEG or JPG) for the challenge

  • To make a new challenge click on “Add Challenge” and the same procedure will be followed as mentioned in Sr. 6. List of challenges will be displayed on Key challenge form

  • Pay the fee by clicking on ‘Click here to Pay Fee’

  • Select Mode of Payment and Pay your fee of Rs 200 for each question challenged

In case the University of Delhi confirms or accepts the wrong answer key, the question may get removed from the test and the total scores will be adjusted accordingly. The qualified candidates will be allotted seats in one of the DU JAT participating colleges.

DU JAT 2020 was conducted on September 7 in two slots across 20 cities in India. It is estimated that the final answer keys and DU JAT 2020 result will be announced by the first week of October.
