Candidates who have qualified All India Bar Examination (AIBE) XVI can now get their ‘Certificate of Practice’ via mobile applications. The Bar Council of India (BCI) has released its application ‘AIBESCOPE’ on Android and iOS application stores. AIBESCOPE is explained as All India Bar Examination Systematic Certificates On Paperless Enterprise, to make issuing of COPs paperless and eco-friendly. Candidates can download these applications on their respective mobile phones.
AIBESCOPE application by BCI will also be enabling the results section, where candidates can check their qualifying status for upcoming bar examinations. All they need to do is login with their registered user id and password.
The notification published on the official website of BCI states, “Dear Candidate, The soft copy of your COP is live on our application click here for android App or click here for IOS App . Kindly verify the details. In case of any discrepancies kindly contact helpdesk Team AIBE"
Candidates who have passed the bar examination, AIBE XVI can now download a pdf file of their COPs to submit at their respective organizations. Moreover, candidates who have passed the examination in previous years can also get their COPs in online mode.
To download AIBE XVI Certificate of Practice, candidates have to click on the links as shared by BCI or visit the Google Playstore or Apple store and go to the AIBESCOPE mobile application. Once the mobile application is installed on mobile, candidates can login with their registered ID and password. The 'certificate of Practice' will be available on their dashboard/ account as a pdf file. Candidates can simply download it and save in their mobile phones.
AIBE XVI results and answer keys were published in February 2022 itself, and those who secured minimum qualifying marks were declared as ‘Pass’. According to the notification published on BCI website regarding the results, candidates who secured 38 marks and above from the GENERAL/OBC category have been declared “PASS”, whereas candidates who secured 33 marks and above from SC/ST category have been declared “PASS”. The decision was taken after the BCI exam monitoring committee found that 05 questions were rejected/ deleted, and the final marking needs to be done out of 95 marks.
