CBSE Board Exam 2024 Important Guidelines

CBSE  Board Exam 2024 Class 10, 12 begins today! The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has commenced the Class 10, 12 Board Exam 2024 from today, February 15, 2024. The commencement of the board exam amid Farmers' Protest 2024 has created a sense of tension among students, parents, as well as, teachers.

Considering the traffic jam situation on the roads across Delhi NCR, the Board has also released advisory suggesting students to leave home early for the exam centres. The Board has also asked students to use metros instead of roads to reach exam centre on time.

CBSE Board Exam 2024 Important Exam-day Guidelines 

Students appearing for CBSE 10th, 12th Board Exam 2024 may go through the important guidelines listed below to avoid last-minute hassles. 

  • Students must reach the exam centre by 10 am. No student will be allowed to enter the exam hall after 10 am. 
  • Students must not forget to carry CBSE admit card 2024 while appearing for the board exam. No student will be allowed to appear for the exam without the hall ticket. 
  • Students must note that sharing of stationery items is not allowed during exam. Students must carry all the items they require to attempt the board exam.
  • Any type of electronic item such as headphones, earphones, mobilephones, microphones, cameras, etc. are barred inside the examination hall. Students carrying such item will not be allowed inside the exam hall. 
  • Students will get extra 15 minutes to read the questions paper. Students are advised to utilize the time well to understand the question paper before beginning with writing the answers.
