The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has decided to organize a Live Webcast to explain the Guidelines for Centre Superintendents, Deputy Centre Superintendents Assistant Superintendents, City Coordinators and Observers and also Evaluation Guidelines along with the Role and Responsibilities of various functionaries.

CBSE Board Exam 2024 Live Webcast: With the commencement of CBSE Board Exam 2024 Class 10, 12 from February 15, 2024, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has decided to organize a Live Webcast to explain the Guidelines for Centre Superintendents, Deputy Centre Superintendents Assistant Superintendents, City Coordinators and Observers and also Evaluation Guidelines along with the Role and Responsibilities of various functionaries.

CBSE Board Exam 2024 Live Webcast Link, date and time

CBSE live webcast is scheduled for February 16, 2024, (Friday) at 2 PM. The duration of the CBSE Board Exam 2024 live webcast will be one and a half hour approx. Candidates must note that the live webinar will be available on the YouTube channel. The official link to join the webinar is https://youtube.com/live/T7Je6dEFq18?feature=share

The Board has released several guidelines for the schools to follow to live stream the webcast:

(a) Log on to the link- https://youtube.com/live/T7Je6dEFq187feature=share

Or

(b) Go to YouTube and search BoardExams@CBSE

(c) You would be requiring a screen, sound system, and Internet connection.

(d) All schools will compulsorily make arrangements 13 watch Live Webcast under the supervision of the Principal.

(e) All teachers teaching Classes IX to XII and othe staff involved in the conduct of examination and evaluation should watch the webcast and note down important instructions about their role in the examinations/evaluation.

(f) Guidelines for CS have been sent to all the examinatior centres. The centres may therefore study the guidelines carefully and queries, if any, may please be sent to CBSE on mail id: query.exam2024@cbseshiksha.in so that these queries can be replied to during the webcast itself.

In case any candidate has any doubt even after the webcast, they can share the same through the above mentioned website. These queries will be replied to in the form of FAC s to all examination centres.

(h) Each school is required to upload the following on the ASAR app which could be downloaded from the Google Play Store- A geo-tagged photograph covering the participants. Total number of participants in the program.
