CBSE Class 12 Date Sheet 2023 Revised: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has revised the Class 12 date sheet for CBSE board exams 2023. Students must note that Class 12 CBSE revised date sheet is available on the official website, i.e. cbse.gov.in and cbse.nic.in.

According to the revised CBSE schedule, the exam that was previously scheduled to be held on April 4, 2023, has been preponed to March 27, 2023, after the Class 12 business studies and business administration exam on March 25, 2023. The subject exams that have been rescheduled are- Urdu Elective, Sanskrit Elective, Carnatic music vocal, Carnatic music mel ins, Carnatic music per ins mridangam, Knowledge tradition & practices of India, Urdu core, Front office operations, insurance, geospatial technology, electrical technology, taxation and mass media studies.

CBSE Class 10 date sheet remain same

While the Board has revised Class 12 CBSE datasheet, CBSE class 10 date sheet remains the same, the exam will begin on February 15 and will end on March 21, 2023. The class 12 or senior secondary examination will begin on February 15 and will end on April 5, 2023. The CBSE Board exams for class 12 will be conducted in two shifts- 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM and 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

How to download CBSE Date Sheet 2023 online?

Step 1: Visit the official website of CBSE, i.e. cbse.gov.in

Step 2: On the homepage, click on ‘Academic Website’

Step 3: Click the link that reads ‘CBSE 10th, 12th Date Sheet 2023 Download‘.

Step 4: Once the PDF page of the Date Sheet appears on the screen, take a printout and save it for further use

CBSE 10th, 12th Board Exams 2023: Important Guidelines

Along with the official CBSE Board Exams 2023 date sheet, the Board has also released some important exam day guidelines to be followed by students, teachers as well as parents. Check out CBSE board exam guidelines below:

  • Candidates will strictly follow all the instructions issued by CBSE from time to time.
  • Parents will also visit Board’s website and remain in touch with the schools of their ward so that they are aware of latest updates by the CBSE and the school so that they can guide to their ward.
  • No communication devices are allowed in the Examination Centre.
  • Candidates will maintain strict discipline in the Examination Centre.
  • Candidates will follow all instructions given on Admit Card.
  • Duration for each examination will be as given in the date-sheet and Admit Card.
  • 15 minutes reading time will be given to the students to read the question paper.

CBSE Class 12 date sheet 2023 prepared to avoid clash with other exams

The CBSE has stated in its release stated that Class 12 date sheets have been prepared by avoiding nearly 40,000 subject combinations to ensure that no two subjects examinations of a student fall on the same date.

The board will conduct the Class 12 exam in the morning shift from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm for most papers, while for some, the exam timing is 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. Students will get 15 minutes of reading time to read the question paper before writing.
