Schools must now submit their List of Candidates (LOC) through the Pariksha Sangam link available on the CBSE website, cbse.gov.in. The deadline for submitting the LOC is October 4, 2024.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has initiated the registration process for the List of Candidates (LOC) submission for the 2025 Class 10 and 12 board exams. Schools must now submit their lists through the Pariksha Sangam link available on the CBSE website, cbse.gov.in.
Key Deadlines and Late Fee Registration
The deadline for submitting the LOC is October 4, 2024. Schools that miss this deadline will have an opportunity to register late, with a late fee of INR 2,000 per candidate. The late registration period will begin on October 5, 2024, and end on October 15, 2024.
Registration Procedure for Schools and Students
Before schools begin the online submission of the LOC, they are required to update their data on the OASIS and HPE portals. Schools will use their ‘Affiliation Number’ as a user ID for the submission process. Additionally, students in Class 10 and 12 must complete their exam form and register through the Pareeksha Sangam Portal prior to starting the online submission.
Examination Fee Structure
For Indian students, the examination fee is INR 1,500 per candidate for up to five subjects. Additional subjects will incur a fee of INR 300 per subject per candidate. Students from Nepal will pay INR 5,000 for five subjects, with a fee of INR 1,000 per additional subject. International candidates will be charged INR 10,000 for five subjects and INR 2,000 per additional subject. There is also a practical fee of INR 150 per practical subject per candidate for schools in India and Nepal, and INR 350 per practical subject for schools abroad.
Special Provisions for Private and Compartment Candidates
CBSE will release a separate submission link for private and second-chance compartment candidates. This ensures that all types of candidates have a streamlined process for submitting their forms.
Upcoming Board Exam Dates
The board exams for Class 10 and 12 are scheduled to commence on February 15, 2025. Schools and students are encouraged to adhere to the registration deadlines to avoid any last-minute issues.
This systematic approach aims to facilitate a smooth registration process for the upcoming board exams and ensure that all candidates are accurately listed and prepared for the examinations.
