CBSE Term 1 Result 2021-22 for Class 10, 12 to be out this week, Class 12 result to be out on Wednesday or Thursday

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is likely to release CBSE term 1 result 2021-22 for class 10, 12 this week. The board officials say the term 1 result for the class 12 exam might declare on Wednesday or Thursday.

CBSE Term 1 Result 2021-22: The Central Board of Secondary Education is going to release CBSE class 10 and 12 term 1 exam results 2021-22 this week. A senior CBSE official told media that the board is likely to declare CBSE class 12 term 1 result 2021-22 on Wednesday or Thursday which will be followed by class 10 term 1 result at the end of this week.

For the first time in history, CBSE is conducting class 10 and 12 board exams term-wise. The board has already conducted the term 1 exam last year in November and December months. The board has also announced the term 2 exam commencement date. CBSE is going to conduct CBSE class 10 and 12 term 2 exam 2021-22 from April 26. However, the board is yet to release a detailed date sheet for both class 10 and 12 term 2 exams.

CBSE Term-1 exams were in the multiple-choice format while the term 2 exams will be subjective. This year, a record 36 lakh (four lakh more than last year) registered for Class 10 and 12 board exams.

“The board is ready with results and will be declared this week. Class XII results will be declared first to be followed by Class X. CBSE will open the link for the results probably late Wednesday or Thursday where candidates can get access to the marks they scored in various subjects. However the consolidated/ final results will be declared along with the Term-2 results when they will be issued the certificates,” the official said.

The CBSE had earlier claimed that the board is using a new format that will help declare term 1 results in a month. However, it is attributed to the delay in the verification process which is the possible reason why the board has not declared the result yet.

“Also this time the OMR (optical mark recognition) sheets were scanned at the school level followed by sending the hard copies to the regional offices. That took more time than anticipated. Post that, the multi-level verification also took some time. Which, however, means there should not be less number of grievances post the declaration of the results,” said the official. The CBSE had also planned to give access to the evaluated answer sheets of the Term-1 exams.

• Visit the official website- www.cbseresults.nic.in
• Select ‘CBSE Class 12 result 2022’ or ‘CBSE Class 10 result 2022’
• A login page will appear
• Enter required details such as roll number, school number
• Click on the ‘Submit’ button
• CBSE 10th/ 12th Term 1 Result 2022 will be displayed on the screen
• Download and take a printout of the same
