CBSE Term 2 exams 2022: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will be conducting the CBSE Class 10, 12 exams from April 26. While the CBSE Class 10 exams will conlcude on May 24, the Class 12 exams will continue till June 15. The Board has issued a set of guidelines for all appearing candidates which must be adhered to. The Board will issue the CBSE Admit Card 2022 Term 2 soon on its official website and the schools will be able to download the same and distribute it later to the regular students.
CBSE Term 2 Exam Guidelines
Students must check all the exam guidelines below:
- CBSE allows 18 students to be seated in a classroom as opposed to 12 students for Term 1
- Other COVID guidelines including social distancing, mandatory masks and temperature checks remain in place
- Unlike Term 1, the Term 2 question papers would be sent to the custodians
- Geo-tagging of the confidential material is mandatory at every stage to ensure proper record of movement of the same
- Three step verification processes, validation at each step has been mandated by the board to ensure smooth conduct of the examination
- The entire working of the examination centers would be handled by the Centre Superintendent only. While this is usually the Principal of the school, it is not mandatory. In the instance the Principal is not the CS, the former would not be allowed to remain at the Centre during the conduct of the examination.
CBSE Term 2 Exam Guidelines on Timing
- CBSE Class 10, 12 Term 2 examinations 2022 would be a two hour examination and would be conducted from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm
- Students would be required to report to the designated exam centers by 9:30 am and be seated by 10 am. Entry to the examination centers would be closed at 10:00 am and no student would be allowed inside under any circumstances
- Question paper and answer sheet would be distributed to the students at 10 am so that they can fill the answer sheets carefully and also go through the question paper. Additionally, a reading time of 20 minutes is provided to the student, as is customary for CBSE Board.
- Entrance to examination hall would be on the presentation of the CBSE Roll Number/ Admit Card, which are duly signed by the Principal of their respective schools as well as their own signatures. Unsigned admit cards are not accepted and students may be barred from entry.
CBSE 10th, 12th Admit Card 2022
CBSE is expected to release the CBSE Admit Card 2022 for Class 10, 12 soon. The CBSE 10th, 12th Admit Card 2022 Term 2 will be downloaded by the schools online at cbse.gov.in, and thereafter distributed to the students. On the other hand, the private candidates would need to download their hall tickets online through the official website. It is expected that the CBSE Term 2 Board Exams 2022 Roll numbers will be the same as for the Term 1 examination. The board will however issue new admit cards for Term 2.
Parents and students are advised to go through the instructions which would be printed on the CBSE Admit Card 2022 Term 2 as well. The schools would be provided with the admit cards along with the list of subjects opted by the students. These would then be duly signed by the principal of the schools and then handed over to the students.
