The Board has released a toll-free helpline number which will be made operational from February 22. CGBSE Board Exam 2024: The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) has announced its decision to provide psychological and educational assistance to the students, teachers and parents. The Board has released a toll-free helpline number which will be made operational from February 22. The Board has announced this decision ahead of CGBSE Class 10, 12 Board Exam 2024, to counsel teachers, students and their parents and equipping them with tools and techniques to navigate exam stress effectively.
According to the Chhattisgarh Board 2024 exams Class 10, 12 date sheet, the CGBSE 10th exam 2024 will be conducted from March 2 and will conclude on March 21, 2024. For Class 12, the CGBSE exams will be held between March 1 and March 23, 2024.
CGBSE 10th, 12th Board Exam 2024 Helpline
The Chhattisgarh Board has stated The helpline number – 18002334363, will be available for the students, teachers and parents from 11 am to 5 pm except Sundays and holidays. Psychiatrists, psychologists, educational motivator, subject matter experts and board officials will assist the teachers, students and parents.
Educational motivator will provide advice to the candidates by solving their problems related to exam fear and exam stress.
While announcing the helpdesks, the Board also notified timings for subject-wise assistance. While subject experts related to physics, chemistry, biology, accountancy, English and mathematics will be available from 11 am to 3:30 pm, Psychiatrist, psychologist and educational counselor will be present between 2 pm to 5 pm. These will be available only between February 22 to 28.
The board official will be present from February 29 to March 22 on the toll free numbers to assist the candidates, teachers and parents to resolve issues with the exams.
