Free JEE, NEET Coaching: Delhi Govt increases number of seats for girls by 100

Delhi Education Minister Atishi announced a significant enhancement to the 'Chief Minister's Super Talented Students Coaching Scheme,' revealing that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government will increase the number of seats available for girls by 100. This expansion aims to provide free coaching for NEET and JEE exams to students from Delhi government schools. The move is designed to offer more opportunities for female students to pursue their dreams of entering top medical and engineering institutes without the financial burden of expensive coaching fees.

Boost for Female Students

Every year, the scheme selects 300 students from class nine and class eleven in Delhi government schools to receive free coaching for JEE and NEET exams at premier institutions. This year, Atishi's announcement includes an additional 100 seats exclusively for female students, reflecting a commitment to increasing opportunities for girls in the competitive field of medical and engineering entrance exams.

Minister's Encouragement and Vision

During her interaction with the beneficiaries of the scheme, Atishi encouraged students to work diligently towards their goals. She reassured them that the AAP government remains dedicated to ensuring that high coaching fees do not become a barrier to their academic ambitions. "The government will ensure that every student, regardless of their financial background, has the support they need to succeed in their examinations," Atishi stated.

This scheme has eliminated that barrier and allowed us to focus entirely on our studies," a student commented.
