Kerala NMMS 2023: The Kerala National Means-cum Merit Scholarship (NMMS) 2023 exam date is now postponed to December 11. Students prepping to appear for Kerala NMMS scholarship exam 2023 can check the revised exam schedule through the official website, nmmse.kerala.gov.in.

Kerala NMMS 2023 Objective

The NMMS programme aims to support disadvantaged students in continuing their education at the secondary level by providing an annual scholarship amount of INR 12,000 annually.

The scholarship is primarily introduced for Class 8 students enrolled in Kerala government or aided schools. Students need to clear an exam to be eligible for this scholarship.

Students get the facility to  appear in the NMMS scholarship exam in their preferred language. The authority provides various language options for the NMMS exam such as English, Malayalam, Kannada and Tamil.

Kerala NMMS 2023 Exam Pattern

The Kerala NMMS scholarship 2023 exam will be conducted in two parts: Mental Ability Test (MAT) and Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT). Both sections will have 90 questions for one and a half hour each. MAT includes mental ability, Hindi and English proficiency, SAT includes Science, Maths and Social Studies. The questions will be asked from Class 7, 8 level.
