NVS Admission 2025 Class 9, 11: Lateral entry registration deadline extended again

The last date for students to submit NVS Admission 2024 application forms has now been extended to November 26, 2024. This gives eligible candidates more time to complete the registration process for the NVS lateral entry admission test.

NVS Admission 2024: The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has announced an extension of the registration deadline for the Class 9 and 11 Lateral Entry Selection Test (LEST) 2025. The last date for students to submit NVS Admission 2024 application forms has now been extended to November 26, 2024. This gives eligible candidates more time to complete the registration process for the NVS lateral entry admission test.

Registration Process for NVS Lateral Entry Selection Test

Students who wish to apply for the NVS Lateral Entry Selection Test (LEST) for Class 9 and Class 11 must submit their application forms online through the official websites:

 - For Class 9: [cbseitms.nic.in/2024/nvsix/]

 Applicants are advised to keep their documents ready before beginning the application process. This includes a recent photograph, the candidate’s signature, and the parents' signature in JPG or JPEG format, with file sizes ranging from 10 KB to 100 KB.

NVS Admission 2024: Important Exam Dates and Age Eligibility Criteria

The NVS Lateral Entry Selection Test for both Class 9 and Class 11 will be held on February 8, 2025.

- Class 11 Eligibility: Students born between June 1, 2008, and July 31, 2010, (both days inclusive) are eligible to apply for the Class 11 LEST exam.

- Class 9 Eligibility: Students born between May 1, 2010, and July 31, 2012, (both days inclusive) can apply for the Class 9 LEST exam.

It is important to note that there will be no age relaxation for reserved category candidates.

Additionally, only those students who are currently studying in Class 10 (for Class 11) and Class 8 (for Class 9) during the academic session 2024-25 are eligible to appear for the exam.

NVS Admission 2024: Admit Card and Exam Instructions

After the registration window closes, the NVS will announce the release date for the LEST 2025 admit cards. Candidates who successfully submit their application forms before the deadline will be eligible to receive the NVS LEST hall ticket.

This extension provides a final opportunity for eligible candidates to register for one of the most sought-after admission tests for Navodaya Vidyalayas.
