- Nationality: Only candidates who are Indian nationals are eligible.

- Candidates who have previously completed an apprenticeship or training under schemes like NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) or NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme).

- Individuals whose family income exceeds Rs 8 lakh for the financial year 2023-24.

- Applicants with any family member working as a permanent or regular government employee.
