The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the results for Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations, with girls outperforming boys.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee extend their congratulations to the successful candidates of CBSE Class 10 and 12 exams.

PM Modi took to X (formerly Twitter), addressing the students as #ExamWarriors: "Dear #ExamWarriors, Congratulations to all of you who have successfully passed the CBSE Class XII exams! I am immensely proud of your accomplishment and your relentless dedication. I also acknowledge the efforts of your supportive families and dedicated educators, whose unwavering support has been crucial to this success. All the best for the endeavors ahead."

Mamata Banerjee also joined in, expressing her felicitations: "Congratulations to all the students who have passed this year's CBSE Class XII exam. My congratulations to your parents and teachers, as well. I hope you will be even more successful in the future. Those who could not succeed today, don't lose your heart. Try hard and you will also taste success in the future. My best wishes in advance!"

CBSE Board Results Overview

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the results for Class 10 board examinations, with girls outperforming boys by 2.04 percentage points, marking a significant achievement with 94.75 percent clearing the exam.

For Class 12, a total of 87.98 percent of students have cleared the board, reflecting a pass percentage increase of 0.65 since last year.

Where to Check Results

Results are available for download on the DigiLocker platform and other official websites of the board, including cbseresults.nic.in. Results can also be accessed at cbse.nic.in, cbse.gov.in, and results.cbse.nic.in, and will be available on digilocker.gov.in.

CBSE Exam Details

This year, CBSE Class 10 examinations were held between February 15 and March 13, and Class 12 tests were conducted from February 15 to April 2, with approximately 39 lakh candidates appearing for the exams. Looking ahead, CBSE has announced that the board exams for Classes 10 and 12 for the academic session 2024-25 will commence from February 15 next year.

For access to the results, candidates will require their roll number, school number, and admit card ID.
