Tamil Nadu Schools, Colleges Closed! The Regional Meteorological Centre (RMC) in Chennai has forecasted heavy to very heavy rainfall in the following districts: Mayiladuthurai, Tiruvarur, Nagapattinam, Chennai, Tiruvallur, Kanchipuram, Chengelpet, and Cuddalore. These areas are likely to experience adverse weather conditions from Wednesday through Friday, with neighbouring districts under yellow and orange alerts through the weekend.
