Building Integrity: Classes should not be conducted in weak or dilapidated buildings. Heads of colleges are urged to evaluate building conditions and take preventive measures against accidents.

Compensatory Classes: To make up for lost learning time, colleges may conduct extra classes on Saturday afternoons or Sundays.

Avoiding Risky Areas: Parents and college officials are advised to ensure that students avoid low-lying areas prone to flooding.

Vehicle Safety: Colleges must ensure that vehicles used by students are safe and reliable.

Disaster Management Education: College administrations are instructed to provide students with information on natural disaster management.
