West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBSEB) while talking about the release of West Bengal Madhyamik Result 2020 said that they cannot specify a time frame or now. According to the media reports, " As directed by the board, the answer scripts of Madhyamik or Class 10 board exams will be collected from the examiners by the head examiners by this month to facilitate the process of the publication of West Bengal Madhyamik Result 2020.
According to the WBBSE Date Sheet 2020, the Board concluded the West Bengal Madhyamik examinations well before the coronavirus-inflicted lockdown began. Approximately 10.16 lakh candidates appeared for the Madhyamik examinations this year, which began in the month of February 18 and concluded on February 27. A Board official said, " the Madhyamik results will be announced after the paper evaluation process is over. Students who appeared for the West Bengal class 10 board examination will have to wait for the West Bengal Madhyamik Result 2020 a little longer as the official said, "The results will be announced after the entire process is over and the government issues advisory about the normalisation of the situation."
According to the media reports, the answer scripts are still lying with the examiners after evaluation due to the COVID-19 induced lockdown. the examiners will hand over the evaluated paper to his or her head examiner by this month. After completing the formalities, head examiners will hand over marks of the examinees to the board.
Students who appeared for the class board exam can check the West Bengal Madhyamik results 2020 after its release on the official result portal i.e. wbresults.nic.in.
Meanwhile, the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education asked its affiliated schools to promote all class 11 students as their annual exams could not be completed due to the coronavirus-forced lockdown.
