World’s Best School Prizes: Two pioneering schools from India, Ryan International School in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, and CM RISE School Vinoba in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, have been announced as finalists for this year’s prestigious World’s Best School Prizes. Competing against international educational institutions, these schools are in the running for a share of a USD 50,000 prize fund, established by T4 Education in collaboration with Accenture, American Express, and the Lemann Foundation.

Ryan International School: A Leader in Environmental Action

Ryan International School has been shortlisted for the "Environmental Action" category, recognized for its proactive measures in addressing water scarcity and pollution. The school has implemented innovative projects, such as hydroponics and biogas plants, aiming to foster environmental awareness among students.

CM RISE School Vinoba is a finalist in the "Innovation" category, celebrated for its efforts in making education accessible and relevant, especially for tribal girls in an urban slum community. Through a renewed commitment to community collaboration and local resource utilization, the school has integrated educational practices with local festivals and organized early morning sports sessions.

Winners in each category will be announced next month, with each receiving USD 10,000 from the prize fund.
