IIM Lucknow launches executive management programme in sales and marketing

The programme offers an industry-specific curriculum in management and sales skills while optimising financial resources. The university said industry leaders will deliver master classes, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of the real-life hurdles encountered in the field.

The Indian Institute of Management, IIM Lucknow, has collaborated with Imarticus Learning, to launch an executive management programme in sales and marketing leadership for graduates with at least five years of work experience in relevant fields.

The programme offers an industry-specific curriculum in management and sales skills while optimising financial resources. The university said industry leaders will deliver master classes, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of the real-life hurdles encountered in the field. The interaction with industry leaders will enhance the learning experience of students and facilitate valuable networking opportunities within the industry, the university added.

The programme focuses on integration of gamified learning of the study material by leveraging the tools of Imarticus Game studio. This will allow learners to practice strategy implementation by simulating organisational dynamics. The programme also incorporates the Revmanex sales excellence simulation, designed by Jean-Claude Larreche, which provides hands-on experiential learning in sales and marketing. The Wharton marketing excellence simulation is also employed to impart knowledge on maximising customer lifetime value. The students enrolled in the programme will be associated with IIM Lucknow as alumni. They will gain access to various benefits, including participation in on-campus and off-campus events, as well as membership in local alumni chapters.
