IIM Lucknow records 100 per cent placement with highest domestic salary of INR 58 lakh

With a total of 534 offers for 491 students across various roles in Consulting, Finance, General Management, IT & Analytics, Marketing, and Operations, the institute recorded 100 per cent placement.

IIM Lucknow Final Placements 2022: Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM-L) has concluded its final placement for the post-graduate programme (PGP36) and agro-business management (ABM17) courses. The highest domestic salary package during IIM Lucknow final placements stood at INR 58 lakh per annum and INR 61.59 lakh annual international salary offer. The placement process at IIM Lucknow wrapped up in record two days. Amid the ongoing pandemic situation, the whole recruitment process was conducted via virtual mode. With a total of 534 offers for 491 students across various roles in Consulting, Finance, General Management, IT & Analytics, Marketing, and Operations, the institute recorded 100 per cent placement.

Students received roles during IIM Lucknow placements 2022 from industry’s top companies such as Aditya Birla Group, Accenture, Adobe, Alliance Bernstein, Alvarez and Marsal, Amagi, American Express, Asian Paints, Atlassian, Avendus Capital, Axis Group, Bain & Co., Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Boston Consulting Group, Blue Yonder, Byju’s, Capgemini, Citi, Colgate Palmolive, Crediwatch, Dalberg, Deutsche Bank, Deloitte, Diageo, Eversana, Ernst and Young, Ernst and Young Parthenon, FinIQ, Flipkart, Gameskraft, Goldman Sachs, GSN Games, HDFC Bank, HSBC, Investec, Kearney, KPMG, Mastercard, McKinsey & Co., Microsoft, Myntra, Navi, Paytm, Pidilite, PricewaterhouseCoopers, RPG, Samsung, Standard Chartered, State Street, Stryker, Vodafone-Idea, Wells Fargo and Xiaomi participated, among others.

Companies such as Omnibiz, Landmark, and Splash extended international offers to the students. Recruiters that participated for the first time in the placement process were Ambit, Arga Investment Management, Arpwood Capital, Auronova Consulting, Dalberg, Houlihan Lokey, Lincoln International, Meesho, Pharmeasy, Premji Invest, Spinny, Sutra, and Winzo Games among others.

Despite the rising number of COVID-19 cases, IIM Lucknow placement season managed to record a rise in average CTC offered to the PGP and ABM batches of 2022 in comparison to last years, the institute informed.

Last year, IIM Lucknow recorded the highest domestic salary package (CTC) of INR 51 lakh. While in 2020, the highest salary package stood at INR 54 lakh per annum. Similarly, the International salary package (CTC) in 2021 was INR 56 lakh while in 2020 it was INR 58.47 lakh per annum.
