IIM Nagpur MBA Admissions 2022-24: Full tuition fee waiver under new scholarships

Two new scholarships introduced by the business school are IIM Nagpur merit scholarship and IIM Nagpur Need-cum-Merit scholarship.

IIM Nagpur Scholarships: Complete tuition fee waiver has been announced by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Nagpur under its new scholarship schemes for the Postgraduate Programme (PGP) for the academic session 2022-24. . “With the aim to encourage meritorious students and the students from economically weaker backgrounds to pursue PGP (Full Time) programme at IIM Nagpur, the institute has initiated 2 different scholarships,” said IIM Nagpur on its official website.

IIM Nagpur Two New Scholarship 2022-24

Two new scholarships introduced by the business school are IIM Nagpur merit scholarship and IIM Nagpur Need-cum-Merit scholarship. IIM Nagpur also facilitates scholarships provided by the central government, state governments, and private organizations. Some of the government scholarships include merit-cum-means scholarship for professional and technical courses, Chief Minister Fellowship Yojana (CMFY) Jharkhand, Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj Merit Scholarship to Scheduled Caste (SC) students, Maharashtra etc.

At IIM Nagpur, 20 students are provided scholarships: 10 merit scholarships and 10 need-cum-merit scholarships. As per the eligibility criteria for IIM Nagpur scholarship, the merit scholarship is for candidates securing 95 percentile or above in Common Admission Test (CAT), the need-cum-merit scholarship is for candidates with family income less than INR 5 lakh.

 “Candidates selected for the scholarship will receive a complete waiver for the tuition fee for the two-year programme. This policy is applicable from the 2022-24 batch,” the institute said.

Currently, the total fee of the MBA programme for the batch of 2022-24 is INR 18 lakh and the fee payable at the time of acceptance of the admission offer is INR 75,000.
