IIM Trichy hosts 11th convocation ceremony; Confer degrees to 307 students

Three students of the Doctoral Programme in Management (PhD), 230 students of the Post-Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM), 29 students of the Post-Graduate Programme in Human Resources (PGPM HR) and 45 students of the Post-Graduate Programme in Business Management (PGPBM) received their degrees. 

IIM Trichy 11th Convocation Ceremony

IIM Trichy 11^th Convocation Day: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Trichy conducted the eleventh annual convocation with Soma Mondal, chairman of Steel Authority of India Limited. Mondal awarded certificates and medals to the IIM graduating students who completed their courses.

Three students of the Doctoral Programme in Management (PhD), 230 students of the Post-Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM), 29 students of the Post-Graduate Programme in Human Resources (PGPM HR) and 45 students of the Post-Graduate Programme in Business Management (PGPBM) received their degrees. Soma Mondal advised the students to be proud of their roots as it makes the future path easier. She urged the students to hone their skills, reskill themselves according to the need of the hour and work on their weaknesses. She said the bonds made during these years are everlasting and students should cherish them.

Institute director Pawan Kumar Singh mentioned the addition of nine foreign universities as partners for the student exchange programme. He listed achievements such as AMBA accreditation for the institute, holding of the first edition of Daksha 2022- Leadership Conclave, Applause- Alumni get-together and Dhruva during the past academic year. Jalaj Dani, chairman of the board of governors, IIM Trichy, emphasised on the power of resilience as well as individual and collective power as key ingredients for making positive change.
