IMT Ghaziabad Placements: Highest package stood at INR 65.6 lakh

The placement process recorded an increase of 14% in average annual compensation as compared to last year. The highest package was recorded at INR 65.5 lakh per annum.

IMT Ghaziabad Placements 2023: Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Ghaziabad has concluded a campus recruitment drive for postgraduate diploma in management (PGDM) batch 2021-23. The placement process recorded an increase of 14% in average annual compensation as compared to last year. The highest package was recorded at INR 65.5 lakh per annum.

The top 10 and top 20 percent average CTC stood at INR 29.61 LPA and INR 25.30 LPA

IMT Ghaziabad records 100% placement of PGDM 2021-23 within 15 days where over 150 recruiters from various sectors offered jobs to the students.

"We have seen a 14% increase in average annual compensation as compared to last year and 40% increase as compared to last 2 years. The top 10 and top 20 percent average CTC are INR 29.61 lakhs per annum and INR 25.30 lakhs per annum respectively," read the IMT Ghaziabad said.

IMT Ghaziabad has received an average salary of INR 17.35 lakh and a median salary of INR 16 lakh per annum. The institute has witnessed hiring across various sectors- fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), consumer products, automobile, manufacturing, banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI), internet business, logistics and supply chain, among others have participated in the IMT Ghaziabad campus placement this year.

Students have been offered roles in sales and marketing, analyst, financial risk and advisory, credit, general management and leadership, strategy, consulting, credit risk, project management, wealth and private banking, corporate finance, treasury risk, project management, product management, market research, equity research, and operations. In regards to gender ratio in placements, IMT Ghaziabad has recorded an average package for female students at INR 17.95 lakh per annum as compared to INR 17.14 lakh per annum for male students.
