K J Somaiya Institute of Management joins CFA Institute’s University Affiliation Program

The institute aims to create an environment where investors' interests come first, markets function at their best, and economies grow. Currently, there are over 190,000 CFA charterholders worldwide in 160 markets.

K J Somaiya Institute of Management, part of Somaiya Vidyavihar University in Mumbai, has collaborated with CFA Institute to deliver ethical financial education of international standards. The institute was also welcomed in the CFA Institute’s University Affiliation Program.

The institute aims to create an environment where investors' interests come first, markets function at their best, and economies grow. Currently, there are over 190,000 CFA charterholders worldwide in 160 markets.

In addition to the University Affiliation Program, the collaboration encompasses various other certifications, executive programs, and the exchange of innovative ideas, all of which were discussed during the event. This partnership aims to elevate the educational experience for students and faculty, establishing a solid connection between academic learning and the dynamic world of professional finance.

Dr Raman Ramachandran, the Director and Dean of K J Somaiya Institute of Management, expressed, “This collaboration aims to deliver ethical financial education of international standards, equipping future managers for the investment management sector.
