Under this collaboration, SRM University will offer programmes integrated with the regular courses such as BBA, MBA (General), MBA (Business Analytics) and MBA (Banking and Financial Services).
SRM University, AP, has recently collaborated with Harvard Business School Online. According to the reports, the collaboration between the academic institutions is taken place in order to offer high-impact online courses to its business and management students. The official press released shared by SRM University stated that under this partnership, the University will together offer programmes such as Business Analytics, Economics for Managers, Financial Accounting, CORe (Credentials of Readiness).
It further said that these programmes are integrated with the regular courses such as BBA, MBA (General), MBA (Business Analytics) and MBA (Banking and Financial Services).
Commenting on the collaboration, SRM Group of Institutions President Dr Satya said, "The University is focused on providing global exposure to the students and opportunities to upgrade their skills through a gamut of courses to stay relevant in the ever-changing economy.” The learning model is built around active, case-based and social learning, the three key characteristics of the HBS online platform, Dr Satya added.
Dr Satya also informed that the HBS online courses were led by industry experts and international faculty in tune with global standards of excellence.
Meanwhile, SRM University Andhra Pradesh also witnessed an overwhelming response from the recruiters during its placement drive. The varsity also felicitated twin brothers Saptarshi Majumdar and Rajarshi Majumdar who achieved twin placement of Rs 50 lakhs per annum with PVP Inc., a strategic partner of Google Japan. Talking about SRM University AP Placements 2021, University authorities announced that the first batch of students secured an annual average package of Rs 7 lakhs per annum. Students who excelled in the placement drive received appreciation from the SRM University vice-chancellor. The VC also gave them a cash prize of Rs 2 lakhs each.
