XLRI records 100% placement for management students

With all 427 candidates securing offers through the final recruitment process in a single day, the institute made a 100% recruitment record. This includes the first batch of students of XLRI from the Delhi-NCR campus.

XLRI Final Placements 2022: The Xavier School of Management has successfully concluded final placements. According to the information released by the institute, XLRI final placements witnessed 100% placement for the outgoing batch of 2020-22 for its two-year postgraduate diploma in management — human resource management and the two-year postgraduate diploma in management-business management.

With all 427 candidates securing offers through the final recruitment process in a single day, the institute made a 100% recruitment record. This includes the first batch of students of XLRI from the Delhi-NCR campus.

The placement details reveal that a total of 99 recruiters took part in the final recruitment process. Out of the total, including the 23 who took part in the process for the first time.

The final recruitment process saw the participation of recruiters such as American Express, Freshworks, Swiggy, MoEngage and Slice, among others.

The top domains based on the roles offered were consulting, sales & marketing and BFSI. Boston Consulting Group, Bain and Co., PricewaterhouseCoopers, Accenture Strategy, Amazon, ITC, PayTM made the highest number of offers among the regular recruiters. Legacy recruiters such as PwC, Goldman Sachs, PayTM, Airtel opened up new roles for XLRI students.

Congratulating all the students for this achievement and recruitments, Director of XLRI, Fr Paul Fernandes, said, “We have great students who will take greater responsibility in India Inc as responsible leaders.”

During the XLRI Final Placements 2022, the median salary offered to the batch stood at INR 29 lakh per annum with the top 10th and 25th percentile average being INR 48.42 and 41.2 lakh per annum, respectively.
