CAT Registration 2022 Started; Check Application Process, Fees and Official Link

CAT registration 2022 has started from today 10:00 AM. Candidates can fill the CAT application form at iimcat.ac.in

CAT 2022 registration cum application process has begun at the iimcat.ac.in. Candidates interested in appearing for the national level MBA entrance test can apply. The CAT application form 2022 is to be submitted in online mode only.

The CAT exam dates 2022 were announced by IIM Bangalore on July 30. The last date to apply for CAT 2022 exam is September 14. The exam will be held on November 27 in three shifts at designated exam centres in 150 cities across India. There is no change in the CAT syllabus and pattern this year. However, the CAT application fee has been hiked by INR 100 and INR 50 for General category and Reserved category candidates respectively.

Candidates must also note that CAT registration includes registration for selection process of IIMs for MBA admission. It means that the CAT application form has a field where candidates can select course and IIMs they want to apply to through CAT 2022 score.

CAT Eligibility Criteria 2022

CAT aspirants must ensure they meet the minimum eligibility criteria. Those who do not meet the academic requirement will be rejected for admission.

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50 percent aggregate (45 percent for SC/ST/PwD candidates) or equivalent from a recognised university
• Final year graduation students are also eligible to appear for CAT, but their score of first two years must meet the minimum score requirement
• Candidates of professional courses such as ICAI, ICSI, ICWAI, FCAI with required score

CAT Registration and Application Process

CAT 2022 application process includes online registration, form filling and payment of fees. Check below, brief description of CAT application process 2022:

• Go to iimcat.ac.in website or click here: https://cdn.digialm.com/EForms/configuredHtml/756/77650/Registration.html
• Click on ‘New Registration’
• Fill relevant details to generate OTP
• Verify OTP to authenticate CAT registration
• Fill the relevant details in the CAT application form that appears on the screen
• Upload passport size photo and scanned signature
• Select CAT test cities, IIM campuses and courses
• Pay fee via netbanking/credit or debit card

CAT 2022 application fee

CAT application fee is to be paid before the last date of the form submission. The CAT registration and application process 2022 will be completed only after fee payment.
