CEED, UCEED 2023 admission notifications released; online registration starts on October 5

The exam dates for CEED 2023 and UCEED 2023 will be notified later. Candidates have the option to fill out the application form both with regular and late fees.

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay has notified that it will start the online registration process for UCEED 2023 and CEED 2023 on October 5, 2022. The registration process will be conducted online. With a regular fee, online registration will end on November 11; however, with a late fee of INR 500, registrations can be done till October 18, 2023.

The CEED 2023 and UCEED 2023 exam dates are expected to be announced soon.

IIT Bombay has also launched separate admission portals for the two exams.

CEED 2023 Vs. UCEED 2023 

The CEED 2023 exam is conducted by IIT Bombay for admitting candidates to the M.Des and Ph.D. courses offered by participating institutes.

However, UCEED 2023 exam is for admission to the B.Des program offered by participating institutes. There are currently five participating institutes for UCEED 2023 that offer a combined intake of 199 seats for the B.Des program.

Also, note that the UCEED 2023 participating institutes participate in a Joint Admission Process (counseling), which is conducted online by IIT Bombay.

However, CEED 2023 participating institutes do not have any Joint Admission Process. Instead, each institute will conduct the counseling process at the university level based on CEED 2023 merit ranks.
