The Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has announced tentative dates for ICSE Class 10, ISC Class 12 Semester 2 Exam 2022. Pre-Board exams likely in March-End
ICSE, ISC Semester 2 Exam 2022: The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has announced the tentative dates for the ICSE Class 10, ISC Class 12 Semester 2 Exam 2022 and Pre-Board Exams. As per a circular from CISCE, the tentative date to begin the ICSE Class 10 and ISC Class 12 Semester 2 Exam 2022 is the last week of April 2022. Board has also announced that the pre-board exam should be conducted from the last week of March 2022.
As per the circular, the detailed timetable for the ICSE and ISC semester 2 exam will be released soon on the official website. Conducting CISCE semester 2 exams in April-End will give schools enough time to complete the syllabus for both classes and revise it before the exam.
In a released circular, the board has also asked schools to complete the syllabus and revise it and then conduct the pre-Board exams. The Board has further instructed the schools to conduct pre-board exams between the last week of March and the last week of April 2022.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, the Board is conducting class 10 and 12 board exams in two semesters (terms). The board has already reduced and divided the syllabus for the ICSE and ISC exams. Both semester exams will consist of 50 per cent of the syllabus.
CISCE has already declared the result for ISC and ICSE semester 1 exam on its official website at cisce.org and results.cisce.org on February 7. This is in line with CBSE which has already announced that the semester 2 exam will be conducted in offline mode from April 26. However, CBSE has not announced the result for the term 1 exam, it is expected to be declared soon.
