AKTU Semester Exams 2022: Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) has announced that it will conduct the regular and carryover even semester undergraduate examinations for the session 2021-22 from June 4 to June 27. Earlier, the semester exams were scheduled to be conducted from May 25 to June 15.
The decision to postpone the semester exam was taken considering the request by several affiliated institutes and students so that they can finish the project work and syllabus, the University said in a press release.
Around 1.15 lakh students are set to appear for the examination that will be conducted in two shifts. The examination will be held in offline mode. The University has earmarked 117 centers across the state to hold the examination. In order to maintain the integrity of the examination, two observers have been deployed at each center.
AKTU will conduct the practical-project examinations for all the students except the first year, second semester and second-year fourth semester of BTech and BPharma in the even semester for session 2021-22 in offline mode from May 25 May to June 2.
Meanwhile, AKTU students Union has said that the AKTU Semester exam results will be delayed this year due to the heavy workload on its staff members and evaluators. The Union also stated the same reason behind the delay in the release of the final date sheet of third and fourth year students. The student Union tweeted that, “AKTU official said Due to huge workload on its staff & evaluators #AKTU is unable to announce the result on time and also the final datesheet of 3rd and 4th year students.”
