The College of Art, Ambedkar University, has started the admission process for the undergraduate and postgraduate programs for the academic year 2022-23.
Dr B R Ambedkar University Delhi has started the admission process for admissions in Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) and Master of Fine Arts (MFA) courses for the academic session 2022-23.
Applicants seeking admission to various courses offered by the College of Arts need to apply at the link available on the website of Dr B.R. Ambedkar University Delhi (www.aud.ac.in), said the official notification.
The students seeking admission to the UG/PG programmes of Dr B R Ambedkar University Delhi, College of Arts, can apply online till June 30.
Tentative seats at College of Arts
As per the notification, tentatively, there are 131 seats for Bachelor of Fine Arts (Applied Art), 33 seats for Bachelor of Fine Arts (Art History, 67 for Bachelor of Fine Arts (Painting), 26 seats for Bachelor of Fine Arts (Sculpture), 34 seats for Bachelor of Fine Arts (Print Making), 34 seats for Bachelor of Fine Arts (Visual Communication), 15 seats for Master of Fine Arts (Applied Art), 15 for Master of Fine Arts (Print Making), and 15 seats are for Master of Fine Arts (Visual Communication).
Recently, the university has appointed Professor Satyaketu Sankrit, Dean of the College of Art. The official notification in this regard reads, "In continuation to Dr BR Ambedkar University Delhi notification of even number dater May 11, 2022, and further in terms of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi ordered dated May 17, 2022, in WP(C) No. 6739/2022, the Competent Authority of the University hereby appoints Prof. Satyaketu Sankrit, Dean (SoL) as Dean, College of Art, as interim, in addition to his current duties with immediate effect and until further orders."
