The Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore, is accepting online applications for admission to its four-year BSc programme. The online application window for IISc UG admission started on February 1, 2020. According to the official statement, the last date to submit the application for IISc UG admission 2020 is August 6 (11:59 pm). Earlier, the institute decided to close the online application window on June 30. However, the date was later extended due to the COVID-19 lockdown.
IISc BSc Admission 2020: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who appeared in Class 12 board or any equivalent examination, or passed the board examination in 2019 and meet the required eligibility criteria mentioned at https://ug.iisc.ac.in/how_to_apply.html can apply for BSc admission in IISc Bangalore.
IISc BSc Admission 2020: Application Fee
Along with the application form, candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs 500 (for General, Other Backward Class, and Kashmiri Migrants). For Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and Person with Disabilities category candidates, the application fee is Rs 250. Considering the ongoing pandemic situation, students can deposit the IISc Admission 2020 application fee via online mode, using a credit card, debit card, or net banking.
