Periyar University Results 2022 announced, Know where and how to check

Periyar University has announced the Periyar University Results 2022 for various undergraduate and postgraduate examinations. All those students who had appeared for their second and third year BA, BSc and second yea MA, MSc programmes can now visit the official website; i.e. periyaruniversity.ac.in to check their results. 

The Periyar University Results for the June 2022 examinations were released on August 24, 2022. 

Periyar University Result 2022: How to check

Candidates can check the steps below to check the Periyar University Result 2022:

  • Go to the official website periyaruniversity.ac.in
  • On the home page under latest section, links for the results for UG Arts, UG Science and PG Arts and Science would be available
  • Click on the link or direct links below for quick access
  • A new window would open
  • Enter your University registration number and date of birth and submit to view your results

Candidates may please note that the UG Commerce or BCom Results have not been released as yet. The link to check the results, once released, will be provided here. Candidates are advised to keep checking the official website to get all latest updates.

Meanwhile, the Association of University Teachers has urged Governor-Chancellor and Higher Education Minister to suspend the interviews scheduled for Monday as part of Career Advancement Scheme of Periyar University in Salem. The AUT claimed the institution had violated the University Grants Commission norms pertaining to awarding CAS benefits.

AUT president P. Thirunavukkarasu said "the university had followed the UGC guidelines of 2016 for all candidates. Whereas the Commission had issued specific guidelines for those appointed prior to the 2018 regulations and the State government had issued an order in this regard."
