The examinations will now commence from tomorrow in both online and offline or blended mode. Exams will be conducted for both the UG and PG students for a duration of 4 hours which also includes the 2 hours of uploading the answer sheets.
Punjabi University is all set to commence the Undergraduate and Postgraduate semester exams for students from tomorrow; i.e. December 15 in a blended mode. The varsity had earlier decided to hold the PU Semester exams offline, however, after several students started demanding online exams, following which the University has decided to hold it in blended mode.
In March, the varsity had opted for the same method of conducting the exams. The examinations will now commence from tomorrow in both online and offline or blended mode. Exams will be conducted for both the UG and PG students for a duration of 4 hours which also includes the 2 hours of uploading the answer sheets. As per the reports, students will have to attempt 50 per cent of the question paper this time.
Punjabi University has further advised the department heads to depute nodal officers who will be addressing the queries of the students and also keep a track of the answer scripts submitted by the candidates. Students will also get the admit card for the examination. Students are advised to visit the examination portal of the university’s website.

Students are advised to follow the simple steps given below to check the PU Exams 2021 date sheet
- Go to the official website of Punjabi University – punjabiuniversity.ac.in
- Click on the ‘Examinations’ menu and then click on ‘Date Sheet’
- A new page will open containing the date sheet of all the examinations
- Click on the required exam and download the date sheet.
Note: The date sheets also contain information about whether a particular examination will be held in the online or offline mode.
