The government of Delhi has collaborated with Germany. A memorandum of understanding has been signed between the two in order to teach German language in Delhi government schools. The collaboration aims at creating various opportunities for students studying in Delhi government schools. The partnership also aims at introducing students to a new culture.

The tweet posted from the official account of the Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia states, “Today, the Delhi Govt signed a MoU with @GermanyinIndia to teach the German language in Delhi Govt schools. This collaboration between Delhi and Germany will create great opportunities for our students while also introducing them to a new culture.”

Mega PTM in Delhi Government Schools

Nearly 1,000 government schools in Delhi organized a mega-parent-teacher meeting on Saturday. The PTM focused on understanding the educational and emotional needs of students in the post-Covid-19 era. Speaking on the effects of Covid-19 on education, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said, “Schools were closed for almost two years due to the pandemic. This not only harmed the education of our children but also affected their ability to think, understand and be happy.”

“Now, the need of the hour is to fix this together. Joint efforts by parents and teachers will help children cope with the post-pandemic situation better,” he added.

Delhi CM felicitates Players for their Excellent Performance in Olympics

Meanwhile, the government of Delhi also organized a felicitation ceremony to honor the players of Delhi, who made the country proud with their excellent performance in the Olympics.
