The application form for CEED 2023 can be filled with both regular and late fees. With a late fee of INR 500, applications will be accepted till October 29, 2022.
IIT Guwahati will close the registration process for CEED 2023 with regular fees on October 21, 2022. Candidates who register within this deadline only have to pay the application fee of INR. 3600 (INR 1800 in case of SC, ST, and PwD candidates). However, candidates who register between October 22-29 will have to pay a late fee of INR 500 (in addition to the application fee).

The application form for CEED 2023 can be filled out online following the steps given below:
- Click on the application link given above
- You will be redirected to a registration form
- Enter registration details like name, mobile number, email id, etc.
- On successful registration, you can get access to the rest of the application form.
- Fill in personal, academic, and contact details.
- Upload documents like signature, photograph, and qualifying exam certificates.
- Finally, pay the application fee to complete the application process.
