NID DAT 2023 registration date extended, apply by December 22

NID DAT 2023: Last date to submit applications with regular fees for both BDes and MDes programmes at admissions.nid.edu is now Decemebre 22.

The National Institute of Design (NID) has extended the registration date for Design Aptitude Test (DAT) 2023 till December 22. Candidates can register for NID DAT 2023 through the official website at admissions.nid.edu. They are required to pay a regular fee of INR 3,000 (INR 1,500 for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates). The last date to submit application with late fees for both BDes and MDes programmes at admissions.nid.edu is December 25. Earlier, the last date to register for the exam with regular fee was December 19.

How to fill NID 2023 application form? 

• Visit the official webiste of NID at admissions.nid.edu 
• Register yourself by entering email id, mobile number, etc. 
• Enter personal, academic, and contact details. 
• Upload documents such as photograph, signature, caste or PwD certificate, passport in the prescribed format. 
• Pay the required examination fee in online mode using a debit card, credit card, or net banking. 
• Download and print the NID DAT 2023 application form for further reference. 

NID will conduct NID DAT 2023 Prelims on January 8, 2022. DAT is a two-tier process. Candidates first appear in DAT Prelims and shortlisted candidates have to next appear in DAT Mains. The result of the DAT Prelims for the BDes programme will be announced on March 30, 2023, while DAT Prelims results for MDes will be out on February 28, 2023. Candidates who qualify DAT Prelims can appear in DAT Mains, which comprises a studio test ( MDes candidates also need to appear in personal interview).
