NID to declare results of rechecking DAT 2020 prelims result for BDes/GDPD courses after lockdown

National Institute of Design (NID) will be publishing the status of DAT Prelims Results Rechecking after 15 days of lockdown 3.0 ends on May 17. NID had opened the window to request rechecking of NID DAT 2020 results of prelims by candidates who had doubts about their qualifying status. The window for requesting NID DAT 2020 Prelims results rechecking was opened on May 8 and, it was closed on May 10 after two days. Check below the official notifications:

In view of the prevailing situation relating to COVID – 19 and lockdown directives from the Government till 17th May 2020, the results of the rechecking to be made available within 15 days from the lifting of the lockdown/return of normalcy.

The results of NID DAT Prelims for BDes/ GDPD have been declared on May 3 and, now NID will publish the admission schedule for Mains exam and further selection process by the last week of May 2020. 

Currently, NID has deferred the admission process due to COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown across the country. Amid lockdown, the educational institutions across the country are either delaying the admission process or conducting it in a remotely proctored online mode. However, the mode of Mains exam for NID DAT 2020 has not been changed yet.
