The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) has opened NIFT 2023 applications for admission to its various UG and PG design courses. NIFT 2023 application form is open online at niftadmissions.in. With a regular fee, applications can be filled till December 31, while with late fees, the last date to apply is 1st week of January. Meanwhile, the NIFT 2023 exam will be conducted in computer-based test (CBT) mode on February 5, 2023.

How to fill the NIFT 2023 application form

The step-wise process to apply for NIFT 2023 is given below.

• Click on the link given above
• Next, select on the “Click here to Apply” under the category and program you want to apply
• The registration form will open
• Fill out the form to create an applicant account.
• Log-in to the applicant account to fill in the rest of the form.
• The form will have sections like academic, personal, and communication details. Fill in all the sections. Also, select an exam centre from the available options.
• Upload documents as per the given format.
•  Pay the application fee and submit the form.

About NIFT 2023 exam

The NIFT 2023 written exams will be conducted in computer-based test (CBT) mode on February 5, 2023. The written exams comprise the Creative Ability Test (CAT) and the General Ability Test (GAT).

Only B.Des and M.Des candidates need to take the CAT test, while the GAT test is mandatory for all candidates.Candidates who qualify in the written tests will next have to appear in a Studio Test. PG candidates, in addition, have to appear in a Personal Interview.
