UCEED 2023 cutoff - Qualifying Marks for Part A, Admission Cutoff

To be included in CEED 2023 merit list, candidates must qualify Part A. Meanwhile, the admission cutoff is the last merit rank for which admission is offered.

IIT Bombay will release the cut-off marks for Part A before the declaration of UCEED 2023 results. The Part B paper of only such candidates will be evaluated who qualify Part A (or meet the category-wise cutoff marks). Further, all candidates who qualify Part A will be allotted a UCEED 2023 merit rank. 

The admission cut-off on the other hand is the last rank for which a candidate is offered admission to a UCEED participating institute. 

The admission cutoff would be released at the time of the Joint Admission Process, which will be conducted by IIT Bombay post the declaration of UCEED 2023 results.

Factors on which the admission cut-off of UCEED 2023 will depend

• The merit rank of the candidate in UCEED 2023
• The seat intake for the B.Des program 
• The category of the candidate
• Total applications received for admission
• Previous years’ cutoff trends

UCEED 2023 admission cut-off

The admission cutoff for UCEED 2023 will be released category-wise and would indicate the last rank for which admission is offered to a participating institute.

Among the five participating institutes of UCEED 2023, IIT Bombay is considered to be the best, and consequently receives the maximum number of applications.
