UCEED 2023: IIT Bombay releases seat matrix for BDes course

Candidates can check the category-wise distribution of the available seats at IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad and IIITDM Jabalpur at uceed.iitb.ac.in.  

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay has released seat matrix for the Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam for Design (UCEED) 2023 for the Bachelor of Design (BDes) programme. Candidates can check the category-wise distribution of the available seats at IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad and IIITDM Jabalpur at uceed.iitb.ac.in.  

In addition to category-wise seats, 5 per cent horizontal reservation will be reserved for candidates belonging to PwD categories. Also, to be eligible for admission under a specific category, the candidate will have to produce a valid caste and PwD certificate at the time of admission (wherever applicable). 

UCEED counselling registration 2023 begins today 

Meanwhile, IIT Bombay will start the counselling registration process for the UCEED 2023 from today, (March 14, 2023) at 5 pm. Eligible and interested candidates can register online for the UCEED counselling for admission to the BDes programme in the participating institutes till March 31, 2023.   

Candidates who have secured a merit rank in UCEED 2023 are eligible to participate in the counseling process. The UCEED 2023 counselling registration link will be activated at uceed.iitb.ac.in. Those candidates whose names will be on the UCEED 2023 counselling and seat allotment list will receive provisional allotment letters.
