The counselling process for UCEED 2022 was earlier scheduled to have three joint seat allotment rounds. The 3rd round of seat allotment will be announced on June 10.
IIT Bombay has notified that it will conduct two supplementary seat allotment rounds for UCEED 2022, to go with the originally scheduled three seat-allotment rounds. The 1st round of supplementary UCEED 2022 seat allotment will be announced on July 9. The 2nd round of supplementary allotment will be announced on July 26.
The institute has also revised the UCEED 2022 refund policy. As per the new rules, candidates who have been allotted seats will be able to withdraw/cancel their provisional seats by July 16, 2022.
Also, candidates who withdraw/cancel their seats within the given deadline will be refunded the seat acceptance fee (after deducting the processing fee). The amount will be refunded in the account mentioned at the time of filling the B.Des application form.
UCEED 2022 seat allotment
The allotment of seats will be done considering the following factors:
- The merit rank of the candidate in UCEED 2022
- The options picked at the time of choice filling.
The seat allotment results for the 3rd round will be announced on June 10. Those who are allocated seats will have to accept the seat and pay the seat acceptance fee between June 15-26, 2022.

In addition, there are 18 other UCEED 2022 result-sharing institutes that will offer admission to some of their undergraduate programs based on UCEED 2022 scores.
