The registrations for WUD Aptitude Test 2021 extended till June 9, apply now!
The World University of Design has extended the application form filling process for the WUD Aptitude Test. For the academic session 2021-22, the WUD registration window will be open till June 9. Earlier, the last date to apply online for the exam was February 20.
Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria can visit the official website of the University to register for the design aptitude test. The University has scheduled the exam for June 11 in online mode. Candidates have to attempt for WUD Aptitude Test 2021 from their homes only.

The admissions to the World University of Design are done on the basis of DAT (Design Aptitude Test), AAT (Art Aptitude Test) and GAT (General Aptitude Test). These exams are conducted to evaluate the aptitude of the student towards creative education and guide them to select the right career path according to their inherent skill sets. Note: Valid scores of NIFT, NID, D-Art, CEED and UCEED exams are considered in lieu of DAT and those of CET, CAT, MAT and XAT in lieu of GAT. With this, the University also accepts SAT Scores for admissions to UG programmes.
Stages to Register for WUD Programmes
Given below are the major steps involved in the admission procedure for various programmes offered by the design university:
Step 1: Fill the Admission Form – A candidate has to send a completed application form available on the official website of the University with the application fee.
Step 2: Appear for WUD Aptitude Test – Once the form is filled, the candidate will then have to appear for the aptitude test with the WUD Aptitude Admit Card 2021. The hall ticket will be available for download online only. It will be issued to only those candidates who have successfully registered for the exam. The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the exam and the information regarding the same will be published online.
Step 3: Interview – Shortlisted candidates will then have to appear for a personal interview round conducted by a panel. The panel will ask questions related to the field of study selected at the time of registration.
Step 4: Offer of Admission – Candidates who clear the Interview round will be made an offer to join WUD. The letter will be sent via email provided at the time of registration. All the information related to the payment of fees, allotment of Hostel and date, time and venue for the commencement of the academic session will be included in the admission letter.
Note: The validity of the admission offer will only be for a particular programme opted for by the candidate in the given academic session. But, one can always request for change of programme and it may be considered after 1st semester, subject to the availability of seats.
