DNB PDCET 2021 counselling schedule announced at nbe.edu.in

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), New Delhi, has released the schedule for online centralized merit-based DNB PDCET 2021 counselling.

The centralized online merit-based counselling for admission to DNB PDCET 2021 will be conducted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) as per the schedule announced.

Registration and filling of options/choices of available seats for the first round are scheduled between January 31 to February 3, 2022, up to 11:59 pm. The second round will be held between February 15 to February 18, 2022, up to 11:59 pm and the third round between March 1 and March 3, 2022, up to 11:59 pm.

Processing of allotment for the first round will be done between February 4 to February 5, 2022, second-round between February 19 to February 20 and third-round between March 4 to March 5, 2022.

The result of round allotment for the first round will be on February 5, 2022, for the second round on February 20, and for the third round, it will be announced on March 5, 2022.

Further, the notification stated, payment of first-year course fee for round one will be done between February 5 to February 8, 2022, till 5:00 pm, for the second round, the candidates can submit the fees between February 20 to February 23, 2022, till 5 pm, and those who are allotted seats in the third round can submit fees between March 5 to March 7, 200 till 5 pm.

Physical Joining at the allotted hospital for round one candidates is scheduled between February 5 to February 12, for the second round February 20 to February 26, and for the third round between March 5 to March 11, 2022.

The notification says, "Further, Mop-up round of Counseling shall depend on the number of vacant seats after the 3rd round of Counseling. The decision to conduct any further round is purely discretionary and the decision of the NBEMS in this regard shall be final and binding. Registration & filling of choices has to be done through the website (counseling.nbe.edu.in). Candidates are advised to fill their preferences/choices of seats carefully and Lock and Confirm them so that the same are considered by the System. If there is INACTION i.e. the candidate does not Lock and Confirm the preferences/choices of seats, the System will not accept the choices of seats and the candidate will not be allotted any seat."

"Registered candidates who have been allotted with a seat in the first round of counselling allotment and freeze the same by paying the first-year course fee, will not be allowed to participate in the subsequent round of counselling. "
