14 Candidates Score 100 Percentile in JEE Mains 2025: Impact on Cutoff for JEE Advanced
NTA has released JEE Main 2025 session 1 result today at jeemain.nta.nic.in. This year, in session 1, 14 candidates have scored 100 percentile. How will the number of candidates scoring 100 percentile affect JEE Mains cutoff for JEE Advanced read below.
JEE Main 2025 Cutoff for JEE Advanced
The list of JEE Mains 2025 toppers includes 14 candidates who have achieved a 100 percentile. In the previous year, 2024, there were 23 toppers in session 1 and 56 in session 2. Similarly, in 2023, there were 20 toppers in session 1 and 43 in session 2.
Last year, the JEE Main cutoff for JEE Advanced was the highest it had been in the past five years. This increase in the cutoff was influenced by the larger number of candidates scoring 100 percentile. Since the number of 100 percentile scorers is fewer this year compared to last year, a reduction in the JEE Advanced cutoff is highly anticipated. However, the final list of 100 percentile achievers in JEE Main 2025 will be released with the session 2 results.
The JEE Main 2025 cutoff for JEE Advanced last year was 93.2362181 for UR; 79.6757881 for OBC; 81.3266412 for EWS-ALL; 0.0018700 for UR-PWD, 60.0923182 for SC-ALL and 46.6975840 for ST-ALL.
The JEE Main 2025 cutoff for JEE Advanced 2025 will be out with the JEE Main 2025 final result in April.
