AEEE 2024: Amrita University Introduces New BTech Course and Campus

AEEE 2024 application process has been underway since November 1. The deadline to apply is yet to be announced. This year AEEE will be held in 2 phases and each phase will have 3 slots. One new BTech course and one new campus have been added this year, check full details here.

Amrita University is accepting Btech admission applications. The admission will be based on AEEE 2024 scores and/or JEE Main 2024 scores. AEEE 2024 application form can be filled out online from the official website amrita.edu. The national level entrance exam will be held in CBT mode between January 19 – 22, and phase 2 will be held between May 10 – 14, 2024.

The AEEE 2024 exam will be conducted in 149 cities across India, and candidates can choose their exam date, time, and centre through the slot booking process after registration. The exam is open to candidates who have passed or are appearing in 10+2 in 2024. AEEE scores account for 70% of the total seats, while the remaining 30% are filled based on JEE Main ranks. Candidates can apply for the exam through AEEE or JEE Mains 2024 or both.

Amrita Introduces New BTech Course and Campus for Admission via AEEE

Amrita University has recently started a new campus in the vicinity of Nagercoil, located approximately 5 kilometres north of the headquarters of Kanyakumari District. The Nagercoil campus is conveniently accessible via both rail and road transport, with Nagercoil Railway Station situated 7 kilometres away and Thiruvananthapuram, the capital of Kerala, located 75 kilometres from the campus.

Nagercoil campus will be offering Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Computer Science & Engineering (Artificial Intelligence - CAI) and Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) courses.

The new BTech course that has been introduced this year is Robotics And Artificial Intelligence (RAI). This course will be available at Amritapuri and Bengaluru campuses of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
