Amrita Vishwavidyapeetham will open the AEEE 2024 phase 1 slot booking after 4 pm today. Officials stated that the delay in opening the slot booking window is due to a technical glitch.
AEEE 2024 slot booking for phase 1 exams will open today. The varsity has already announced to open the AEEE slot booking window from 10 am today. However, the officials have now informed that there is a technical glitch due to which the AEEE phase 1 slot booking window will open today in the evening after 4 pm.
The AEEE 2024 phase 1 registration was open till January 3. The registered candidates can book their preferred exam date and time using the slot booking process. Amrita University will conduct AEEE 2024 in 2 phases and each phase has 3 slots this year. AEEE Phase 1 will be held between January 16 β 22, 2024. The exam will be held in 3 slots each day: 9.30 AM to 11.30 AM, 12.30 PM to 2.30 PM, and 3.00 PM to 5.00 PM. The phase 2 exam will be held between May 10 β 14, 2024. The application process for phase 2 is currently open on the official website.
How to Do AEEE Slot Booking 2024?
The steps to follow to book slots for AEEE exam are as follows:
- Candidates can log in using their AEEE registered Email / Phone.
- After logging in, the candidates can select the test date and test slots based on availability.
- To choose the date, click on the available date and click the continue button. In the next screen, candidates will be prompted to select a test slot based on its availability status.
- To change the test date, click on the Change Test Date button. Candidates are advised to check the selection of the Test Centre, Date and Time before confirmation.
- Click the βConfirm Slotβ button to confirm the booking.
- The address of the examination centre for a candidate will be mentioned in the AEEE admit card, which can be downloaded later from January 12 onwards.
Since other candidates are also simultaneously using the same slot booking portal, sometimes the status presented may change by the time the candidate finishes their selection and the particular slot chosen by the candidate may not be available. In such a case, the candidate will be prompted to choose another date and slot.
If the desired slots are not displayed on the available slot list, candidates must be aware that the slot has already been reserved and is therefore unavailable for further bookings. Under such circumstances, candidates must select another preferred slot. Since slot booking is conducted in real-time and on a first-come, first-served basis, the availability of slots will be highly dynamic. As other candidates are also concurrently using the same slot booking portal, the status presented may change by the time the candidate completes their selection process, and the chosen slot may no longer be available. In such a scenario, the candidate will be prompted to select another date and time slot.
